Terms and Conditions for ClipperTask

1. Description of ClipperTask

ClipperTask is a creator marketplace that connects game studios and other advertisers with gaming creators on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Studios post campaigns with a rate per 1,000 views, a budget, and eligibility rules; creators join campaigns, publish videos on their own channels, and submit them for review.

2. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, sign-in provider details, and social media channel details, as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

3. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services and user experience.

4. Roles, Content Ownership, and Campaign Terms

ClipperTask operates as a marketplace with two distinct user roles:

• Studios (and other advertisers) post campaigns, set rates and budgets, and approve or reject submitted videos. Studios retain full ownership of their briefs, game assets, and campaign materials.
• Creators join campaigns and publish content on their own social media accounts. Creators retain ownership of the content they produce, but grant ClipperTask and the commissioning studio a non-exclusive license to reference, share, and report on that content for the duration of the campaign.

ClipperTask does not post content on behalf of any user and does not take ownership of any content published through the platform.

5. Payments

ClipperTask does not process, hold, or escrow payments. Studios pay creators directly (for example via PayPal) under the payment terms shown on each campaign. ClipperTask is not a party to those payments.
