Terms and Conditions for Clippertask

1. Description of Clippertask

Clippertask is a creator marketplace that connects brands with vetted content creators for organic distribution on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Brands post campaigns with a budget and cost-per-view target; creators claim tasks and publish content on their own accounts.

2. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, payment information, and social media profile details, as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

3. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services and user experience.

4. Roles, Content Ownership, and Campaign Terms

Clippertask operates as a marketplace with two distinct user roles:

• Brands post campaigns, set budgets, and fund them in cryptocurrency. Brands retain full ownership of their briefs and campaign assets.
• Creators claim campaigns and publish content on their own social media accounts. Creators retain ownership of the content they produce, but grant Clippertask and the commissioning brand a non-exclusive license to reference, share, and report on that content for the duration of the campaign.

Clippertask does not post content on behalf of any user and does not take ownership of any content published through the platform.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

Campaign budgets are funded in cryptocurrency and held in escrow until campaign milestones are verified. Creator payouts are released based on verified view counts.

Brands may request a full refund of unspent campaign budget within 24 hours of campaign creation, provided no creator has claimed the campaign. To request a refund, please contact us at admin@clippertask.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Clippertask is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.
