• Profile Details: For creators, your channel links, country, gaming genres, and publicly available channel metrics (such as follower count) to check campaign eligibility and track views. For studios and advertisers, your company name, website, and country.
• Payment Terms: The payment terms a studio sets for a campaign. ClipperTask does not process payments and does not collect card, bank, or wallet details. Studios pay creators directly.

1.2 Non-Personal Data

We use web cookies to collect non-personal information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing patterns. This information helps us enhance your browsing experience, analyze trends, and improve our services.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and use your personal data to operate the ClipperTask marketplace. This includes creating and running campaigns, checking creator eligibility, tracking views on submitted videos, sharing campaign details between studios and creators, showing ratings and campaign history on profiles, sending account and campaign status updates, and providing customer support.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as needed to operate the marketplace: with the studio or creator on the other side of a campaign (profile, submitted videos, ratings), with Discord to run private campaign channels, and with social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) solely to track campaign performance such as view counts.

ClipperTask is not intended for children, and we do not collect any data from children.
