Connect Paperclip in 3 steps
Connect your own MCP server
In Paperclip, open Connectors → Connect your own tool → Connect your own MCP server. Paste the URL, press Continue, then Check link.

A ClipperTask page opens. Sign in with Google or Discord (or create your account right there), check what the app may do, and press Allow. No API key.
Choose what it may do
Every action starts allowed. On the Permissions tab, set the ones you want to check first, like approving videos, to Ask first.

Creators
- “Set up my ClipperTask creator profile: my TikTok is tiktok.com/@me, I'm in Canada and I make Minecraft and survival videos.”
- “Find live campaigns on TikTok paying at least $1 per 1,000 views that I can join, and join the best one.”

Studios
- “Draft a campaign for our mobile racing game: $2 per 1,000 views, $3,000 budget, $300 per creator, TikTok and YouTube, ends in 30 days. Send it for review.”
- “How is our launch campaign doing? List the new videos and approve the ones that follow the brief.”
- “Find FPS creators in the US with over 50K followers and invite the best ten to our campaign.”
- “Which approved videos haven't been paid yet?”

Questions
Why does it say Unverified server?
Paperclip says that about every server you add by URL, because it hasn't reviewed it. It works the same.
Does it cost anything?
No. Connecting is free, like ClipperTask itself. We take no fees from studios or creators.
Is it safe?
Your AI app works as you, only with what you allowed, and with the same rules as the website. Our team still reviews every campaign before it goes live, and it can't pay anyone: studios pay creators directly.
How do I disconnect it?
On your ClipperTask profile, under Connected AI apps, press Disconnect. Its access ends at once.
